So much of what we do now is ruined by worry about the future - and regret over the past!

Living in the moment, being centered in the present, savoring the 'now,' How are you doing with that?

The same God who provided manna in the wilderness, that was only good for one day, is still teaching you and me to put the future and the past into perspective - and to remind us to relax, God will provide.
